Legendary Beginnings
Legendary Real Estates, LLC (LRE) was established in 2009 in Second Life to provide an alternative to larger estates that placed greater emphasis on profitability than on the quality of service and support offered to their tenants.
As a smaller estate with fewer tenants to manage, we are able to deliver a more responsive and personalized level of customer service.
Our dedicated Discord server further enhances accessibility by providing tenants with a direct line of communication to our team, even when staff are not present in-world. This ensures tenants benefit from an almost continuous level of support and responsiveness.
Why rent with us?
We offer a wide variety of land sizes and prim allowances across both 20,000 and 30,000 prim regions. Our estates include Adult and Moderate rated regions, as well as mixed and residential-only options, allowing us to better accommodate the diverse needs and preferences of our tenants.
Tenants who rent full regions receive estate manager rights, granting them complete control over their region. This allows them to manage their land freely, as if they owned it themselves, without unnecessary interference or restrictive rules from us.
We maintain a very low tenant turnover rate. While this occasionally means we have limited or no vacant land available, we are always willing to acquire additional regions to meet your specific land size and prim requirements.
Our approach is more flexible than many other estates, with options designed to best suit your individual needs.
